Spring Cooking Classes coming in May


Chef Erik Johansen, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America will be hosting a hands on Cooking Class

The foods being used will focus on seasonal, organic ingredients. During the class we will discuss the fundamentals of cooking along with ideas for variations on basic recipes.

No experience is needed, bring only an appetite and comfortable shoes.

The classes begin at 6:00 pm and are limited to 8 people. The cost is $85.00 per person and includes all ingredients and kitchen utensils.
